REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Known Groomify Unisex Salon, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and a satisfying experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
- Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.
Refund Policy
- Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, please inform us before you leave the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns immediately.
- Service Refunds: Refunds for services rendered are not provided. However, we offer complimentary corrections if you are not satisfied with the result. Please notify us within 48 hours of your service to arrange for a correction appointment.
- Product Refunds: Refunds for retail products are available if the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.

- Medical or Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and medical issues can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
